Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop relationships with external audiences (media, third party constituencies,etc.) to convey the Client's message.
- Represent Client at events or trade shows.
- Assist in account administration duties such as develop client contract, billing and activityreports.
- Organize and implement events and promotions for the Client.
- Coordinates production and distribution of materials with internal service departments to create print and video products.
- Assist in the research and preparation for new business pitches.
- Research and monitor Client's business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base.
- Handles standard media inquiries.
- Through news bureau activities, develop pitches and work with targeted media on storydevelopment.
- Writes and distributes basic materials
Requirements:
- Able to organize and prioritize work under pressure
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to generate ideas and think creatively
- Able to work in team
- Having general knowledge of public relations field and client/practice area
- Adept to using computer and its software
- Having an excellent interpersonal skills, must be an out-going and out-spoken person
- Having an excellent communication and writing skills, both Bahasa & English
- Having experienced in communications field min. 3year(Public Relation/ Marketing/ Digital Communication/ Advertising)
- Bachelor Degree from any concentration, preferably Communications related
- Male or Female
