We are looking for a Community Manager who will create innovative and exciting methods for audience building and engagement.  Through creative, clear and compelling programs you will drive engagement and awareness of mig33 nationally. You will have the exciting opportunity to share amazing stories about Indonesian youth who are changing their world from the ground up! We are looking for someone with a proven track record in growing communities on social media.

Community Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
The position reports to the Head of Marketing Operations in Jakarta, Indonesia.   The role

  • Developing strategies to increase engagement and interaction

  • Join in on dozens of awesome conversations every day
- Meeting other Community Managers in the global team and building a network of resources

  • Leverage tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate impact of programs in market; develop reports on program effectiveness in market and makes recommendations for program enhancement and improvement
  • Provides consultation and technical support to leadership in the establishment of community relations goals, objectives, and strategies and develops/ communicates plans to meet established goals
  • Work with the marketing team and social team to identify the best community members across our platforms and the site
  • Drawing insights for content, marketing and product strategy development
  • Interacting with the coolest community of youth, bloggers and commenters on the planet

  • Create the most exciting growth plan for mig33 audience, both potential and current

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, both in English and Bahasa.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Team player with positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Able to think strategically and are results driven.
  • Able to work with minimal direction and supervision; independent and self-sufficient.
  • The ability to write creatively, clearly, and compellingly.
  • A bachelor's degree and 4 to 5 years of experience in social media or related field.
  • Experience in planning, managing and executing successful community campaigns.
  • A proven track record in social media strategy and management.
