Requirements:
- Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
- Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed.
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skills.
- Strong excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams and develop and implement program strategies.
- Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual and a team player.
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus.
- An energetic, forward-thinking and creative with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board and senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
- An experienced leader and financial executive with appropriate industry experience.
- Fluent in oral and written English and computer literate are a must.
- At least 15 years of working experience in the related field especially manufacturing/ distribution/pharmaceutical/consumer products company.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
