Legal Manager
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
- Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely
- Securing company and it’s all possessions from any illegal problems
- Negotiating contracts for the company
- Report preparation for assessment and presentation before the senior officials
- Handling lawsuits of the company
- Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization’s interests
- Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in the organization
- Preparing legal letters, agreements, and contract
- Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of property development matters
- Performing various tasks related to legal matters in a company
- Experience in working with government
- Experience in handling permits and land legality
- Experience working in Property Industry especially in Property Developer Company
- Male/ Female, max. age 40 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Law or equivalent, with at least 8 years working experience and minimum 5 years in managerial level.
