Requirements:
- Strong Ability in Effective Communication skill, especially in negotiation.
- Possess strong leadership ability, high self motivation and willing to work in a dynamic working environment.
- Has experience to handlling building, office, hotel or town management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Building Manager.
- Male, between 30-40 years old, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture with min GPA of 3.00.
