Mine Planning Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conducts regular meetings to review progress and discuss engineering, procurement and construction changes to project - suggested by or recommended by the Company
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Coordinates all client communication, including major correspondence between the maintains working relationships at all levels throughout the period of the project
- Verify waste volume reconciliation, coal tonnage reconciliation with contractor
- Develop the 3D Mine Design and report recoverable reserve by quantity and quality to management and contractors
- Identify various mine design options and investigate the best option that applies to that particular scenario
- Define the equipment and time resources for the mine and apply mine sequence to the database from the mine design to produce a schedule
- Manipulate the reserves to account for mining practices
- Analyze data and rank the reserves and prepare graphical information
- Review all designs, schedules, plans and manage any unsafe condition
- Establish safety awareness by understanding the principles duty of care throughout the entire workforce
- Promote health & safety programs targeting zero work related injuries and illness
Requirements:
- Have excellent computer skill (Microsoft Office, Mine Plan Software, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
- Willing totravel to project site
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
- High responsibility, hard work and good motivation
- Successful performance as a Project Engineer or Manager on larger sized projects.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Minimum 8-12 total years experience working as a mining engineer & project manager at a coal mining site
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor / Master Degree in Mining with clear understanding of different aspects of Mining like planning, exploration, geology, machinery etc.
- Male, age 30-40 years old.
